Product Warranties
All Monvue eyewear products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers frame defects, lens coating issues, and hinge failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty coverage, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service team with photographic evidence of the defect.
Return and Exchange Policy
Monvue offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for all eyewear products. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are available at no additional charge if initiated within 30 days.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via insured courier services. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Monvue is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Monvue website, including product designs, photographs, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Monvue or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without prior written permission from Monvue. The purchase of eyewear products does not grant any intellectual property rights to the customer. Unauthorized use of Monvue trademarks, designs, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monvue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Monvue's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to all customers. Customers assume all responsibility for proper use, care, and maintenance of their eyewear.
Product Care and Maintenance
Proper care extends the life of your Monvue eyewear. Always clean lenses with the provided microfiber cloth and lens cleaning solution. Avoid exposing eyewear to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for extended periods, or harsh chemicals. Store eyewear in the protective case when not in use. Do not attempt to repair or adjust frames yourself, as this may void the warranty. For professional cleaning, adjustments, or repairs, contact Monvue customer service. Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage not covered by warranty.
