Terms and Conditions
1.We provide exchanges or returns for products with manufacturing defects of the frames and lenses or in the case of a wrong product being received, as our eyewear is custom-made.
2. For exchange or return requests pertaining to manufacturing defects or the receipt of the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. You may contact us via email at support@monvue.in or WhatsApp/call us at 9205918979 to process an exchange or return. Please provide us with your order details, reason for return, and a picture of the damaged or incorrect product.
4. Upon receiving your email, a customer service representative will arrange to collect the product within 2 business days. Our quality team will then inspect the returned product, and a credit note or a replacement will be issued for the same.
5. All Disputes and claims are subject to Haryana Jurisdiction only.
Warranty
- All our frames comes with a 2 years warranty
- All the lenses have a 12 moths warranty for the quality
- Non adaptation warranty is valid only for progressive lenses only after continuous usage of 7days and it is valid up to 14 days from the date of invoice.
- The warranty does not have exchanges for cosmetic reasons, reasons of weight or improper handing
- MR8 breakage warranty of 12 months is applicable to lens with 1.6 index
